The cameras support 10-bit 4: 2: 2 4K 30p / 25p internal recording, a wide variety of formats recording, including Super Slow Motion (100 / 120fps) and Variable Frame Rate (2fps to 60fps), in addition to the HEVC for more efficient storage.

With a resolution of approximately 15.03 effective megapixels, the 1.0-type MOS sensor offers UHD (3840 x 2160) without cropping, a moderate depth of field and an effective balance between image quality and sensitivity.

Numerous registration modes for professional needs
The cameras support a wide range of bit rates and formats to meet the creative needs of even the professional videomakers. UHD formats at 29.98p / 25p and FHD up to are available for internal recording 59.97p / 50p in 10-bit 4: 2: 2 quality, while UHD 60p 10-bit 4: 2: 2 format can be recorded externally via the HDMI output. High efficiency HEVC recording (LongGOP / 10-bit 4: 2: 0 / MOV) is available at 59.97p / 200Mbps, while the format is selectable between MOV (QuickTime), MP4 and AVCHD.

Everything you need for HDR shooting (X2 model exclusive)
Video shooting in High Dynamic Range (HDR) format can be achieved with the X2 camera thanks Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) mode. The HDR function offers a wider brightness range than the
standard video and makes images more natural and lifelike. Additionally, users can record in 13-stop Vlog mode - ideal for precise and consistent color grading of content shot in post-production.

Super Slow Motion and VFR mode
By recording FHD images at high frame rates of 100fps / 120fps and playing them back at standard frame rates of 50fps / 59.94fps, cameras can create a smooth slow-motion effect. In addition, the X2 model offers the Variable Frame Rate (VFR) shooting function that allows you to set the frame rate to one of ten positions available between 2fps and 60fps, to create creative and expressive videos with fast movements (undercranking) or lenses (overcranking)

Versatile network functions
Built-in Wi-Fi makes connectivity easier than ever, while the HC-ROP mobile app lets you control cameras (including lenses and configuring settings) remotely via tablet e smartphone.
The X2 camera features Ethernet connectivity which enables highly stable live streaming, while the model X20 can be connected to a wired LAN via the optional USB Ethernet adapter (sold
separately). FHD live streaming uses common RTSP / RTP / RTMP / RTMPS protocols and allows Live broadcast of concerts, sporting events, press conferences and more on platforms such as
Facebook and YouTube. Also, you can record and stream simultaneously.
In addition, with the USB tethering function of the X2 model, it is also possible to perform live streaming from a smartphone 5G.

Display options that increase efficiency
In terms of resolution and brightness, the performance of the 3.5 "2.760k-dot LCD monitor reaches double values compared to the previous model 3, offering excellent visibility even in very bright conditions. Furthermore, the monitor offers an electrostatic touch that allows users to select menus with a light press.
The camcorders are equipped with a 1,769k-dot adjustable OLED viewfinder that can be used simultaneously with the monitor LCD to improve operating efficiency.
To support fast and precise manual focus, the display offers assist functions such as Expand, Peaking and Area Mode.

Design functions for the needs of professionals
The controls and functions of the cameras have been designed with the needs of videographers in mind professionals.
The lens cylinder is equipped with three manual rings for quick, simple and easy control precise zoom, focus and iris operation and has 14 customizable buttons (nine on the body and five on the LCD touch panel).
The built-in ND filter has four settings (Off, 1/4, 1/16 and 1/64) and there are dedicated controls for the earnings and the AWB. The supplied battery is designed to fit into the body shape instead of
protrude, and offers prolonged continuous operation: about 3 hours and 50 minutes for the X2 and 4 hours and 25 minutes for the X20

Two SD card slots and Dual Codec recording
The two SD card slots ensure long continuous shooting - the recording medium switches automatically from slot 1 to slot 2 and you can insert blank cards instead of full ones while the recording is in progress (known as Unlimited Relay Recording 4).

Other functions include simultaneous recording (the same data is recorded on both cards), background recording (continuous recording on a card and recording the necessary scenes
on the other by activating the Rec button) and Dual Codec recording5 (simultaneous recording in two different formats, eg. UHD and FHD).
