Zoom F6 is the first professional 32-bit field recorder with dual AD converters capable of providing unprecedented dynamic range. With 6 inputs, Zoom time code, multiple power options and wireless control, the F6 is ready to be your secret weapon.

32-Bit Float Recording
In the field, fluctuating dynamics can cause inconveniences. Loud sounds can cause clipping and soft sounds can be lost.
F6 uses a 32-bit float system with dual A/D converters to capture explosions and whispers in full audio quality without having to adjust the gain.
MicPreamp F6 is equipped with 6 professional preamps that are super silent, transparent (-127 dBuEIN) and with great gain (up to 75 dB). Selectable line/mic inputs.

Precise TimeCode
Keep your tracks in sync even when you turn off for lunch. On or off, F6 thanks to the Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) system generates a time code with an accuracy of 0.2 ppm

Hybrid Limiter
When recording at 24-bit, F6 uses a hybrid limiter for added protection. By adding a millisecond of delay, the "look ahead" limiter anticipates the clip before it is recorded.
