Thanks to premium LCD technology, the color gamut is wide and identical to that of the BVM-HX3110, BVM-HX310, PVM-x3200, PVM-X2400, PVM-X1800 and LMD-A240 models.
The colors of the screens are matched to each other.
The LMD-A180 is an affordable yet highly powerful entry-level solution for HD HDR and 4K HDR production.
The monitor supports S-Log3 EOTF (Live HDR) which allows for seamless integration into Sony's Live HDR production workflow.
In addition to supporting ITU-R BT.2100(HLG), the LMD-A180 also easily integrates with Sony cameras to enable Instant HDR workflow.
SMPTE ST2084, S-Log3, S-log2 and 2.4(HDR) are also supported for a variety of video productions.

° Features of 4K production
The LMD-A180 monitor meets the demand for an affordable HD monitor in a 4K system.
The unit supports the ITU-R BT.2020 color space and accepts one of the Quad-link 2SI 3G-SDI signals.
To take full advantage of its wide color gamut, the monitor offers DCI-P3 and S-GAMUT/S-GAMUT3/S-GAMUT3.cine settings, with true EOTFs such as gamma 2.6, S-Log3 and S-Log2.
