Visual quality
Thanks to the native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, the high contrast ratio of 1800:1 and the maximum brightness of 400 cd/m2, the monitor offers superior visual quality and extremely realistic sharpness: graphics and photos are displayed with absolute precision, the contours are distinct and accurate.
The panel with IPS (Wide Gamut) technology offers a wide viewing angle of 178° and optimal visibility.

Wide gamut
To fully exploit the color spectrum of digital cameras, the monitor should have a very large color space if possible.
A limited amount of colors can otherwise compromise the accurate display of saturated tones on the monitor.
The CG2400S model with IPS panel is able to cover the entire AdobeRGB space and almost the entire working space for CMYK ISO-Coated V2 printing (99%), preserving the rich nuances offered by modern cameras, without loss of information and simulating the print result through the monitor (soft proof).
The CG2400S covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color space used in the film industry and also supports the Rec. 2020 standard.

True Black
The innovative True Black technology of the CG2400S allows to maintain highly contrasted dark tones even in dark environments, returning extremely saturated and intense colors.
The CG series is specially equipped with a so-called Retardation Film that allows a maximum intensity view of the black levels even from extremely angled positions, without loss of quality.

LUT 16-bit and 10-bit mode
The CG2400S's 3D look-up table (Look-Up-Table) handles a 16-bit color depth and is capable of displaying billions of colors.

This greatly increases the number of colors available and at the same time prevents any posterization or banding effects, alterations and loss of information in unreproducible dark tones (clipping) or in highly saturated areas.

Integrated sensor for self-calibration
The integrated sensor ensures the highest possible color accuracy.
Perfectly matched to the monitor, it appropriately detects environmental influences, such as lighting, correlating the parameters in the center and on the sides with those of the entire viewing area, in order to achieve uniform and homogeneous rendering across the entire screen.
The calibration probe is integrated into the cabinet frame and is only positioned on the screen during the calibration phases.
This helps to reduce laborious calibration processes. setting.
The ColorNavigator software or the OnScreen menu allow you to set the monitor calibration interval according to your needs. The operation is automatic, without user intervention.
This way you can activate the calibration at will, even at night and without having to connect the PC.

Digital Uniformity Equalizer
Pixel by pixel, the Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) function manages the monitor's tonal values across the entire viewing area, ensuring identical chromaticity across the entire screen, without oscillations.
In this way the monitor guarantees uniform and homogeneous light density and maximum color purity.

Stable display
To ensure that color rendering, brightness level and other characteristics always remain precise and stable even when the ambient temperature changes, the ColorEdge CG2400S monitor is equipped with a sensor that precisely detects the temperature inside the monitor.

Correction algorithm assisted by Artificial Intelligence* recognizes temperature variations and adjusts the color temperature accordingly in real time.

Rapid color stability
A conventional monitor requires around 30 minutes to stabilize brightness, chromaticity and tone values.
The ColorEdge CG2400S requires only three minutes to stabilize its performance.
This allows users to be sure of stable parameters immediately after switching on the monitor.
