This NewTek 10-hour professional services plan is a ten-hour bulk purchase of professional services related to your NewTek product. These services include product training, commissioning, workflow design and commissioning, installation supervision, interface customization, system automation, and solution support.

The support plan expires after 18 months, and three weeks' notice is required to arrange the service. Please note that the service plan does not cover travel or travel related expenses.

Note:
Temporary Covid-19 Policy: All on-site professional services plans and training purchased will be conducted remotely. Travel days and travel and expenses are not required with training purchases during this period. On-site training will return when the situation allows.
