1. DJI Care Refresh may be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
• New and not activated product,
• Device activated for no more than 30 days.

2. To be able to use the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or geographic region.

DJI Care refresh (2-Year plan) offers 3 replacements in two years. For a minimal additional cost, you have the option to replace your accident-damaged product. For DJI RS 3, the cost of the first replacement with DJI Care refresh is € 45, for the second it is € 55 and the third is € 59.
