Applicability
DJI Care Refresh can be paired with a previously purchased DJI product within 30 days of purchase. To ensure you can enjoy the service, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
Product replacement
If damage occurs to the product during normal use or due to an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please do not substitute the product request.
Extended warranty period
This protection plan extends the coverage of parts of the manufacturer's warranty to 2 years. The free repair service is provided by DJI if the covered parts are not properly used due to an error not during the warranty.
