The stackable PoE Layer 3 Gigabit Managed Switch offers high-density performance, Layer 3 static routing, Routing Information Protocol (RIP), and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF). With a 128 Gbps switching structure, the SGS-6341-24P4X is capable of handling extremely large amounts of data in a secure topology by connecting to a corporate backbone or high-capacity server. Powerful Weighted Round Robin (WRR) and Network Security features make the SGS-6341-24P4X perform effective data traffic control for ISP and VoIP applications, video streaming and corporate multicast. The SGS-6341-24P4X has 24 IEEE 802.3at PoE + ports and a PoE budget of up to 370 watts to suit medium to large scale VoIP or IP surveillance networks at a competitive cost.

Centralized power management for Gigabit Ethernet PoE networks

To meet the demands of the highest PoE network applications required with Gigabit speed transmission, the SGS-6341-24P4X is equipped with high performance IEEE 802.3af Gigabit PoE (up to 15.4 watts) and IEEE 802.3at PoE + ( up to 30 watts) on all ports. Perfectly meets the power requirements of VoIP PoE phone and all kinds of PoE IP cameras such as IR cameras, PTZ, speed dome or even box type IP cameras with built-in fan and heater.

The PoE capabilities of the SGS-6341-24P4X also help reduce implementation costs for network devices as a result of freeing from restrictions on power outlet locations. Power and data switching is integrated into a single unit, delivered via a single cable and centrally managed. This eliminates the cost of additional AC cabling and reduces installation time.
