AT-5047

The Audio-Technica AT5047 is a cardioid studio condenser microphone designed to provide engineers and musicians with accurate, low-noise reproduction of voices and instruments in high-end facilities, project studios and home recording setups. It features four rectangular 2-micron gold vapor-deposited diaphragms that offer twice the surface area of the 1-inch circular diaphragms commonly used in large diaphragm condenser microphones. The transformer-coupled output of the AT5047 provides a constant impedance for reliable performance with your preamp.

A wide frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz, combined with the ability to handle a maximum SPL of 148dB, means you can capture a variety of sources, from soft and nuanced to loud and cheeky, with detail and precision. . Producing only 6 dB of self-noise, the microphone contributes to a clean and clear signal.

The AT5047 is assembled by hand and housed in a durable aluminum and brass housing. Comes with a custom hard and shockproof carrying case.
