1. DJI Care Refresh DJC3P1 can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
• Product new and not activated,
• Drone activated within 48 hours.

2. DJI Care Refresh service is only available in the region where it was purchased. In order to enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or geographical region.



DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 2 product replacements for an additional fee.

The first replacement with DJI Care Refresh costs €75, and the second €79.

Flyaway a single replacement €255 (To be eligible for Flyaway coverage, users must have associated their DJI account and remote controller with their drone using the DJI Fly app)
