DJI RS3Pro Care Refresh 1-Year

DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 2 product replacements with an additional cost of 45 euros for the first and 55 euros for the second.

DJI Care Refresh can be activated if the mobile device has been activated for no more than 30 days.

It offers two replacements in one year at a minimal cost and covers different types of accidents, to keep you calm at all times.

Please note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (1 Year Plan) may be tied to a previously requested DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

New and unactivated product,
Portable device activated for no more than 30 days.
Currently, the DJI Care Refresh (2 Year Plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.

2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be emailed to you along with instructions to activate it and pair it with the reference DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and its product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits are effective only in the same region of purchase.

4. For each replacement request, provide a new product or product equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
