Overview Movcam 303-3900 (3033900) FX-9 Base Kit. The Movcam FX-9 Base Kit is composed of 3 major modules: the Base Plate and on shoulder module, the Top and Side brackets, and the Distribution Box.
The Base Plate and on shoulder module is an integrated design for a sturdy and reliable structure. There is no play when attached to the camera. On the bottom of the BP, there is a VCT-14 adaptor plate for the use of Sony VCT-14 plate. When this small VCT-14 adapter plate is removed, the BP then can go with Movcam universal dovetail plate. The BP has a LWS 15mm rod clamp and is compatible with ARRI 19mm BP-8 as well. On the left side of the BP there is rosette block for left hand handle (handle is not included). The shoulder pad uses new material for more comfort and is durable.
