The XF16mmF1.4 R WR features a Nano GI coating on one of the lens elements.
This coating is an additional defense against ghosting and flare caused by excess light bouncing around the lens and degrading the image.

Push/pull focus ring
The XF16mmF1.4 R WR is well-built throughout, but the focus ring is worthy of particular note.
