° Full Frame coverage
Most microscope objectives are not designed for full frame coverage, requiring the use of intermediate lenses or scaling lenses to cover full frame and this causes a drop in quality in the corners.
Laowa Aurogon is instead designed to guarantee maximum image quality both in the center and at the periphery of the image.
The front module of the lens can form an image by itself.
However, most of the magnification occurs at the level of the magnification module.

° 4 interchangeable magnifying tubes
The modular design of this lens, combined with the universal lens on the front, allows you to effortlessly change the 10X, 20X, 35X and 50X magnification tubes on the rear, mounted directly on the camera.
* Photographers are suggested to fix the front lens and change the magnification without recalibrating the setting with the fixed working distance.

° Numerical aperture adjustable up to 0.5
The marking on the lens body indicates 8 NA values from 0.5 to 0.15, used to manage depth of field and image quality compatibility.
The wide NA provided with ample illumination ensures that a lower ISO value can be used when capturing images, resulting in a sharper image.

° Fixed working distance of 20 mm
In microphotography, adequate lighting is crucial: a longer working distance with sufficient light ensures sharpness, detail and an accurate representation of the subject's features.
