The NiSi True Color ND16 4 stop filter is the ideal tool for photographers who want to transform their TRUE COLOR ND-VARIO 1-5 stops (0.3-1.5) into a TRUE COLOR ND-VARIO 5-9 stops ( 1.5 - 2.7) with the use of a single filter, and get closer to the world of long exposures, or, for video makers who want to be able to control the light in real time during shooting, without introducing any type of artifact or aberration.

NiSi Filters has created this one-of-a-kind filter system, the SWIFT, which allows you to transform your ND-VARIO TRUE COLOR from 1-5 stops (0.3-1.5) (sold separately or with the Swift VND KIT ) in 5-9 VND True Color by simply pushing the ND16 into place and creating a new filter, ready to reduce the light entering the lens by 1 to 9 stops.
The filter features and quality avoid any "X" or "cross-effect" that variable ND filters often suffer from.

The unique optical lens glass that made the NiSi brand famous was also used for this ND Variable.
Furthermore, the Nano Coating treatment makes the surface waterproof and resistant to grease and dirt.

This filter is not threaded on the lens side*, as NiSi has created a new Push to Fit system to easily adapt and insert the ND16 True Color 4 stops to your TRUE COLOR ND-VARIO 1-5 stops (0.3 -1.5) and transform it into a TRUE COLOR ND-VARIO 5-9 stops (1.5 - 2.7).
*The thread is present only on the front part of the filter; if the photographer or videographer wishes to screw in another threaded filter, he or she must use the correct thread engraved on the filter.
