GP3 Processor & 1" Image Sensor
The new GP3 processor and increased 1" image sensor work in tandem with one another for sharper footage with faster frame rates. The MISSION 1 series delivers twice the pixel processing power over other GoPro models for natural, cinematic video and minimal noise in low-light or night applications. Quad Bayer mode unlocks 2x video zoom and 12MP mode in 4K shooting scenarios.
8K & 4K Open Gate
The MISSION 1 series easily captures Open Gate footage, a taller 4:3 video frame than other capture modes. Open Gate is available in both 8K30 and 4K120 resolutions for more flexibility in editing, reframing, and content delivery.
