Leica Camera AG presents the third generation of the popular Leica Q family, the Leica Q3.
Craftsmanship at the highest level of quality, elegant and timeless design and simple operation distinguish this family of full-frame cameras equipped with fixed focal length lenses.
Since 2015, these cameras have been appreciated all over the world by both photographers and creatives, but also by those who stand in front of the lens.
The new Leica Q3 delivers fantastic photo-video results, equipped with one of the fastest lenses on the market, an integrated macro mode and a whole package of new features, it represents the natural evolutionary step in this exclusive photographic segment.

At the heart of the Leica Q3 is a new BSI CMOS sensor with Triple Resolution Technology.
With a resolution of 60, 36 or 18 MP, you can create RAW images using the DNG format, or JPEG files already processed to perfection by the camera.
Shooting at 60MP, even the finest details and textures are captured.
By choosing 36 or 18 MP, you get faster overall speed, with longer image bursts and smaller file sizes.
The Leica Q3 uses the full sensor size for all resolutions, with a sensitivity range from ISO 50 to 100,000, while the latest generation of the Maestro series processor with L2 technology ensures excellent operating speeds.

The new high-resolution 3-inch touch screen monitor employs a robust and convenient tilt mechanism to offer unique viewing angles and create even more creative opportunities in photo and video shooting.
Furthermore, even if equipped with a mobile display, the Leica Q3 maintains protection against dust and splashes of water thanks to its IP52 certification.
The Leica Q3 also impresses with continuous and fast connectivity via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
The camera features advanced MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology, which has increased the transfer speed to the Leica FOTOS app up to 10 times compared to the previous model, taking mobile creative workflow to the next level.
With a stable connection and high data transfer speed to the Leica FOTOS app, videos can now be uploaded from the camera to a smartphone, or special "Leica Look" can be imported into the camera to get beautiful JPEG images.

Various connection modes from "Eco" to "Performance" improve the mobile workflow and energy management of the Leica Q3.
Apple certification "Made for iPhone® and iPad®" and the supplied Leica FOTOS cable make the Leica Q3 the ideal tool for expressing the creative vision of the users who use it every day.
With the ability to record video in 8K resolution and highly efficient codecs such as H.265 and Apple's ProRes, the powerful Leica Q3 now meets the needs of all content creators.
The connection of external devices such as gimbals, power banks and display recorders is ensured directly by the USB-C and HDMI ports.
