The DPA 6061 CORE is a low-sensitivity, moisture-resistant subminiature lavalier microphone designed for integration with wireless systems in broadcast, film, theater, and professional video production.
Featuring a 3 mm electret condenser capsule, it ensures high speech intelligibility with a minimal footprint, making it easy to conceal within clothing or stage costumes.

Miniaturized CORE technology
Reduces the size by 60% compared to standard models, while maintaining a wide dynamic range and an extremely low noise floor for natural, clean audio reproduction.

Low sensitivity for high sound pressure levels
Handles SPL levels of up to 125 dB RMS (128 dB peak) with less than 1% distortion, making it ideal for loud voices, theatrical performances, and energetic speakers. Secure and modular MicroLock connector
The compact locking system prevents accidental disconnections and is fully backward-compatible with the MicroDot standard.
Using dedicated optional adapters, the microphone can be connected to the most common bodypack transmitters on the market.

Omnidirectional polar pattern
Ensures a uniform frequency response and clear, consistent sound capture, even when the speaker moves their head off-axis.

Grille with 4 dB soft boost
Includes a removable protective grille that provides a subtle +4 dB boost between 8 kHz and 20 kHz, enhancing vocal clarity and presence.

Rugged construction and IP58 certification
Features a PVD-coated stainless steel capsule and a 1.8 m Kevlar-reinforced cable, designed to withstand twisting, dust, and moisture.
