The 240GB SxS PRO X Memory Card from Sony is designed to deliver faster ingestion times as well as provide greater stability for 4K high bitrate and high frame rate recording, while avoiding speed degradation.
This SxS PRO X card can achieve a maximum read speed of up to 1250 MB/s and maximum write speed of up to 600 MB/s as well as a minimum write speed of 162.5 MB/s using its ExpressCard / PCI Express 3.0 interface.
Designed for professionals, it is continuously certified through strict inspections and various tests throughout the manufacturing process.
Durability is further enhanced with Sony's Memory Media Utility, which lets you manage SxS memory cards with features such as the library function, remaining media lifetime/capacity indicator, simultaneous data backup to three locations, and quick/full formatting.

Using the PCI Express 3.0 interface and Sony's intelligent controller delivers faster ingestion times when compared to current cards.
In combination with the SBAC-T40 reader/writer, the PRO X transfers 240GB of video content to a computer in approximately 3.5 minutes, which greatly improves workflow efficiency for professionals.

Stable 4K Video Capture of High Bitrate
EB streaming technology, which enables constant two-way communication between cards and Sony camcorders, helps ensure stable high frame rate recording, while avoiding speed degradation.
This 240GB card is capable of recording up to 45 minutes of XAVC 4K 60p footage with compatible Sony camcorders, such as the VENICE.

When using it with the SBAC-US30 or SBAC-UT100, you will need to update the device's system software via Memory Media Utility version 4.3.1 or later.
Compatible devices and their firmware version include the PXW-X500 (V6.10), PXW-X400 (V4.10) , PXW-Z450 (V4.10), MPC-3610 (V2.10), PMW-F55/F5 (V9.20), and PXW-Z280 (V1.20).
