General

Art. 1 General.
The commercial relationships between AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES and its Customers are regulated by the following general sales conditions.
Parties agree that all products and services purchased through this website are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Each party confirms that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement in its entirety before placing any order.
Art. 2 Scope.
When accepting an offer made by AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES and/or placing an order, the Customer accepts that these general conditions will be applied to the contract.
Any variations to these terms must be agreed in writing by both parties.
Art. 3 Orders.
AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES
 (the seller) reserves the right to adjust all prices until the day of billing, subject to changes in expenses in the area of shipment, insurance and currency exchange rates.
In some cases, to acquire a product, registration will be required by the end user, with the entry of reliable personal data and the definition of a password.
A 5% re-stocking fee will be applied to all products and manufacturers.
Art. 4 Prices, Duties and Taxes.
Prices shown in this website are “net retail prices” based on USD, exclusive of VAT and all other local taxes and levies unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

National deliveries:
7.5% VAT is applicable to the goods listed in this website and will be added in the final invoice, except to the extent that the buyer has provided to AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES such as a tax exemption certificate acceptable to all relevant taxing authorities.

International deliveries:
Customs duties and import fees are not included. They are at your charge and need to be paid locally at the time of the import and following the local regulation.

Payment

Art. 5 Payment.
Payment must be received in advance in total via wire transfer or credit card by AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES, before the goods are despatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms, even when delivery is delayed or when all or part of the goods are lost through no fault of AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES.

Other Terms

Art. 6 Shipping and Terms.
All delivery dates are estimated. AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES can therefore not guarantee any delivery date due to the actual global situation, but will try to respect the estimated date of shipment. All prices shown in this website are “Ex warehouse” AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES in Nigeria. 
Free shipping is applied on all National deliveries in Nigeria.
 
International shipping fees will be manually calculated searching the best shipping conditions.
 
Art. 7 Ownership.
The goods remain the property of AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES until payment for them has been received in full, after which the title in the goods passes to the buyer.
 
Art. 8 Warranty terms.
AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES does not make any warranty other than those expressly stated in any party of these terms and conditions.
 
Art. 9 Arbitration.
All disputes arising from the performance of this contract shall first be subject to the arbitration rules applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the venue of arbitration shall be in Kaduna, Nigeria. Where arbitration fails, all litigations shall take place and be subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal republic of Nigeria.
 
Art. 10 Product liability and defects.
AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES is not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors.
Specifications and images are subject to change without notice and are not binding.
 
AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES is not responsible for changes in the technical specifications made by the manufacturers. Such claims must always be made directly to the producer of the product.
 
AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES is not responsible for any lack of conformity present when the goods are delivered. But, the consumer must always and in any case contact AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES, who is the only party with whom he has entered into a contractual relationship.
 
The customer must notify to AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES of the defect and must take direct action. Any goods that are faulty and or fail to conform to the agreed quality or performance indicated in the order must be notified to within AFRICA BROADCAST STORE SERVICES in maximum three days of their discovery.
