The dual dome diaphragm construction allows the AE2300 to maintain directionality over the entire frequency range, with a slight off-axis coloration (frequency response is nearly identical at both 0 °, 90 ° and 180 °) for excellent phase coherence in the presence of multiple microphones.
A clear and detailed sound
The AE2300 is equipped with a selectable low pass filter that cuts the annoying noises in the high frequencies, such as the hissing sound that a guitar amp or hi-hat can generate, without affecting the overall tone of the instrument.
